ABOUT OUR MALE CAST MEMBERS

Jan Lucas-Grimm

Jan Lucas-Grimm has appeared at The Phoenix in Over The Tavern as well as Pure Prine. She recently narrated the score to the Story of Anne Frank with the Columbus Philharmonic Orchestra. She has worked extensively at the Indiana Repertory Theater (favorite roles in Amber Waves and Dinner with Friends) and has written plays and taught playwriting. Her memoir My Beautiful Leukemia is an account of her journey though leukemia and bone marrow transplant.

Heather Styka

Singer-songwriter Heather Styka’s 2011 album Lifeboats for Atlantis received critical praise and numerous songwriting awards, hitting #3 on the national FOLK-DJ charts. With a distinctive guitar style and a natural, earthy vocal command, “Heather’s unique delivery combines the influences of a fragile Irish air, the warm effervescence of upbeat Americana, soulful country and mournful blues. Her voice ensures these songs hit that place in your chest where emotions reside” (FolkWords). Currently touring nationwide, Styka resides in Chicago with a large collection of tea and a family of moss terrariums.

Sherri Brown Webster
