Ticketing: Tickets must be paid for at the time of making a reservation. To reserve tickets by phone, call the Box Office at (317) 635-7529 and charge your purchase using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX.

Curtain Times and Seating: Curtain times may vary, so please check your ticket for the specific showtime. Doors open for seating 30 minutes prior to the curtain. Inside the theatre, you'll find a full bar located next to the Box Office. It offers a variety of beverages such as beer, wine, soft drinks, and bottled water, as well as tasty treats. You're welcome to bring your refreshments into either theatre.

If you require special seating for any reason, please call us in advance. We want all our patrons to be comfortable and feel welcomed. Please note that Phoenix Theatre productions contain adult content and are not recommended for children ages 16 and under. Patrons under the age of 5 are not permitted.

Both venues at the Phoenix Theatre Cultural Centre are intimate. Please arrive on time. Late seating will be determined per individual production.

If you know that you will be late to a production, you can call the box office at (317) 635-7529, and we will do our best to hold your seats. If a production has a waitlist, and we have not heard from the ticketholder, any unclaimed tickets may be sold at showtime.

The Phoenix is taking precautions to limit the spread of the disease, yet there still remains the possibility of transmission. Guests could contract COVID-19 or other diseases such as the flu or legionnaires disease, which could result in a serious medical condition requiring medical treatment in a hospital or could possibly lead to death. You acknowledge you are subject to the normal risks associated with being a guest at the Phoenix, such as physical injuries or even death or loss or damage to personal property, including without limitation, from slips or falls, food poisoning or allergic reaction to food prepared and served at the Phoenix, physical or verbal altercations with Phoenix staff, contractors, or other guests, electrocution from appliances or equipment, drowning in water features, burns from events that incorporate open flame elements, terrorist or other violence, theft or vandalism, auto accidents around the Phoenix, or fires or other disasters affecting the Phoenix. You acknowledge that you make the decision to be a guest at the Phoenix Theatre Cultural Centre of your own free will relying upon your knowledge and judgment of any risks, including the possible transmission of COVID-19, and your decision to release the Phoenix has not been affected by any false statements or representations pertaining to being a guest at the Phoenix Theatre Cultural Centre.
