What would YOU do with our space?

Phoenix Theatre Cultural Centre is proud to offer the Indianapolis community six spaces for rental as our calendar allows. Below are rates and photos of each space. For a tour and/or to inquire about a date, email Production Manager Kristin Boyd at kboyd@phoenixtheatre.org. Please note that since we are a performance venue first, rentals will only be considered on days or evenings that do not coincide with a performance.

  • Rates do not include staff.

  • We are not available for weddings.

  • Multi-day rental discounts available.

  • 20% discount for not-for-profit organizations.

  • Events exceeding four hours in length will incur additional charges.

Grand Lobby

  • Weekday daytime (M-F 9a-5p): $600

  • Weekday evening (M-Th 5p-11p): $800

  • Weekeend evening (Fri-Sun, 5p-11p): $800

Odyssey Room

*Excellent for a private party

  • Weekday daytime (M-F 9a-5p): $600

Livia and Steve Russell Theatre

*Has a movie screen, seats 144

  • Weekday daytime (M-F 9a-5p): $1,000

  • Weekday evening (M-Th 5p-11p): $1,500

  • Weekend evening (Fri-Sun, 5p-11p): $2,000

    Theatre rentals may require the assistance of a technician which is billed at $50/hr.

Frank and Katrina Basile Theatre

*Studio Theatre, seats 90

  • Weekday daytime (M-F 9a-5p): $800

  • Weekday evening (M-Th 5p-11p): $1,000

  • Weekend evening (Fri-Sun, 5p-11p): $1,500
